Frequently Asked Questions
Order processing times are between 1~4 business days after the day you have placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 4-5 business days following the day you placed your order.
To track your order, simply go to Track My Order in the Main Menu & select Order Tracking. Enter your order number and email address, or tracking number to pull up tracking information. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email. We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. For damaged items, please note that you may be required to provide photos of the product.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame as stated on all product descriptions please contact us at . We will investigate and issue either a replacement or refund if necessary.
**Please note that with Covid-19, delivery times may extend up to 2 weeks from normal delivery time frames. Please try to track your order before contacting customer service to find where your package is.**
Once an order has been placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves the warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
At this time we only ship to customers living within the United States and Canada. Please check product descriptions for estimated delivery time-frames.
Our goal is to provide high quality, unique products at low cost and with FREE shipping. In order to achieve this we've had to opt for lower cost shipping options, which unfortunately take longer for the product to arrive to the customer.
We are also very selective with our manufacturers and suppliers and only work with the best in the business. This ensures consistency and also increases the likelihood that customers will be satisfied with their purchases.
With that being said, we understand the frustration customers feel about long shipping times. We try our best to accommodate this by providing all of our customers with tracking codes, so they can see where their item is for themselves. We also offer refunds in the event that the product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame as stated on all product descriptions or tracking.

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages, each with a individual tracking number. When this happens use our tracking page , and input the tracking number of the missing item to see where it is.
