To track your order, simply go to Track My Order in the Main Menu & select Order Tracking. Enter your order number and email address to pull up tracking information. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING:
Tracking numbers do not instantly update with delivery information. Sometimes it may take a few extra business days (4-5) for delivery information to be updated in our carriers' systems. If your tracking number is showing "Unavailable" tracking information, do not panic. Simply wait 4-5 business days and try the tracking number again. Shipping usually takes between 6-8 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you receive it. Rest assured, if you have received a tracking number, your package has been shipped and it is on the way. **Please note that with Covid-19 delivery can be extended at latest up to 8-10 weeks counting for delays**
With that being said, we try our very best to make sure each customer IS provided with a working tracking number for their items. If your tracking number is still not working after waiting the few extra business days, please contact us at email@example.com or use our Contact Us form. We will investigate and tell you the status of your package.
THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order please provide us with your name and order # and we will investigate. In order to contact us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our Contact Us form at the top of the page. If it has been determined that the package was sent to the wrong location due to our error we will issue either an exchange or refund.
